RETURNS
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of shipment for return instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
